I am a one woman show. I personally package and ship all orders. I am usually pretty good at getting orders shipped out within 2-3 business days (depending on stock) but please allow up to 7-10 business days to receive your order. The shipping times listed are for the actually shipping time, not how long it will take to receive your order from me. For example, if you select express 1-2 day shipping, you not will receive your order in 1-2 days from ordering. It is simply how fast your order will ship from me to you once I ship it.

We’re not satisfied until you are! Pure Romance stands behind its products with a 90-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy with your purchase or experience an issue with a product within the first 90 days from the purchase date, you may return the product for a merchandise credit. Customer is responsible for the return shipping and all original parts, cords, controls, etc. must be included. Lingerie must be unworn and in its original packaging with tags on, lubricants or other liquid products must be unopened.

After the first 90 days from the original purchase date, Pure Romance warranties toys for a period of one year against manufacturing defects or materials that affect the product's function.

This warranty does not cover cosmetic deterioration caused by normal wear and tear or damage caused by accident, misuse, or neglect. Taking the intimacy product apart (or its accessories) will render the warranty invalid.
